Dr. Lewis has been a Designated Medical Practitioner for Citizenship and
Immigration Canada (CIC) for over 10 years.
Medicals are carried out daily Monday to Friday and take about one hour
to complete. They include x-ray and blood tests as well as a complete
examination.
Cost for adults under the age of 60 is $140 for examination and x-ray (blood
tests extra) and $160 over 60 years of age. Children under the age of 11
are $70 and under the age of 5 are $50. Depending on the health status of
the client more tests and therefore more time and expense may be necessary.
There may be a wait of up to two weeks for this service so booking in
advance is highly recommended.
